Participants will be able to
- To explain the purpose, objective, scope, and application for Ergonomic Awareness.
- To identify ergonomic risk factors at workplace.
- To propose Work-related Musculoskeletal Disorders (WMSDs) prevention & treatment at workplace.
- To describe WMSDs symptoms and diseases.
Learning outcome

- Explain the purpose and benefits of practicing ergonomics in the work place to create a healthy and more productive environment to work.
- Identify the ergonomics risk factors at the workplace to prevent further harm and
- unnecessary injuries.
- Apply WMSDS prevention & treatment at workplace for correction and prevention.
- Describe work-related musculoskeletal disorder (WMSDS) symptoms and diseases to emphasize the importance of ergonomics
